DAY OF REVIEW OF DRAINAGE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES

The Ingham County Drain Commissioner will hold a Day of Review of Drainage District Boundaries on the above date, time, and location. The Day of Review is an opportunity to review the Bank Intercounty Drain Drainage District boundaries. The day of review will not consider the apportionments or amounts of any assessments.
At the Day of Review:
• You may attend at any time from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• No appointment is necessary.
Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation in the Day of Review should contact the Drain Commissioner’s Office at the number noted above (voicemail) or through the Michigan Relay Center at 7-1-1 (TDD) at least 24 hours in advance of the Day of Review to request mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance.

A map of the proposed Drainage District boundary revisions is enclosed with this notice and can also be found on the Drain Commissioner’s website at https://drain.ingham.org/departments_and_officials/drain_commission/. A larger map that allows you to zoom in and enlarge specific parcels can be found on the project website at www.bankdrain.org.
